Dynamic Stretching and core activation

Dynamic stretching combined with core activation technique prepares your body before activity and allows more energy to flow freely. It provides more space around your nerves and make your exercise more effective and injuries free.

PNF ( Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation ) and flossing band.

Flossing band will improve range of motion, restore joint mechanics, or unglue matted down or previously injured tissue.Generally spoken: we think it’s the most powerful tool in terms of restoring positions and movement.

Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) is a more advanced form of flexibility training, which involves both the stretching and contracting of the muscle group being targeted. PNF stretching is one of the most effective forms of stretching for improving flexibility and increasing range of motion.

Advanced Stretching

Flexibility is just as important for a well-rounded

fitness routine as strength and cardio. Adding stretching exercises into your workout schedule will help you improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and ultimately make your workouts more efficient and safer.

Assisted stretching is the ultimate way to get a deep stretch, safely and effectively. Our expert Stretch*rs take you through a customized stretched experience using stretch methods to gently build your flexibility and range of motion and all the while, chill you out.

Kinesiology - Taping + deep-tissue massage

kinesiology tape provides incredible support while simultaneously stretching so your body can perform its normal range of motion. Applying kinesiology - Taping improves freedom of movement, increases the relative space between skin and fascia, decreases the compression on nociceptors, improves the flow of lymph and blood circulation, thus natural biomechanics healing is achieved.

Why you need it: To improve mobility in restricted joints and muscles.

How it works: Deep-tissue bodywork relaxes the fascia to allow for greater range of motion. Getting taped right after locks in your newfound flexibility.

COMPRESSION THERAPY+ Advanced Stretching

Increase your blood and oxygen circulation and speed up your body’s natural healing processes with a snug-fitting sleeve filled with compressed air.

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?
60-minute sessions are offered to help you recover faster between workouts by reducing muscle soreness and improving circulation. Sessions can be done pre or post-workout.

The Raptor is a state-of-the-art vibration massage therapy device that provides rapid percussions to help treat tight and sore musculature. This device can be used to improve range of motion, decrease pain, increase in bone density, improved blood circulation, increase in muscle mass, and much more.
