Fit Collective training took my level of fitness to another level. As a longtime runner-athlete, I considered myself fit, but I didn’t know I could go further than where I was already - that my heart could pound faster, that I could lift even more weights. It was a really good balance of pushing that allowed me to take things to the next level.
Sometimes you rely on your mental health, sometimes you rely on your physical health, sometimes you use both, but sometimes one of them is weak, and it’s a tag team between the two and keeping them fit will pull the other up when needed. At Fit Collective, they this, and in order to achieve what I need to each day, I need to keep both the physical and mental aspects in shape with working out at Fit Collective.
