About Karen

My passion is fitness. At the age of 10. I joined 100m,800m,1 500m,5000m tracks, long jump, dodgeball and Tug of war and basketball team. I’d trained by differ trainings.

I continually dream that one day I would become a fitness instructor. Before it I’ve been hiking, camping, surfing, rock climbing even went on the gym for over 7 years. Fitness brings me all kind of different ways to do exercises. And I am interesting constantly evolving into body structures. If you use your knowledge against your exercises that can be work on something with your body and get the best results you will never have.

  • In 2012, I self-studied ACE, and trained.
  • In 2014, I became a massage therapist.
  • In 2015, I taught kids fitness due to June- July.

After trained middle age to elder as personal trainer. I am a knowledgeable fitness who is passionate about helping people of all fitness levels. Like strength, flexibility and endurance (aerobic exercise). From my own experience I have learned: Physical activity is any bodily movement produced by skeletal muscles that requires energy expenditure. And Exercise is a subcategory of physical activity that is planned, structured, repetitive, and purposeful in the sense that the improvement or maintenance of one or more components of physical fitness is the objective. I learn to design a custom workout to suit an individual's goals and I am will to give and share my positive vibes, optimistic and total energized. Love fitness as I do.
