About Jen

Jen received her 200-hour certification in the Astanga lineage in San Francisco’s Green Path Yoga. She later went to India to explore the country and, you guessed it, do more yoga! Since she arrived in Taiwan in 2008, she’s taught at studios all around the city, such Core Yoga, Sivananda, Zuo Yoga, and YogArt. In her classes, she focuses on breath and cultivating connection with the body. Classes are taught with postures that encompass the body’s full range of motions; standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
