About Helen

Helen is dedicated to help clients move with greater ease, awareness, and resilience.

Drawing from her long time love of dance and cross-disciplinary movement expertise, Helen weaves together globally respected modalities to support clients in moving better, feeling better, and building sustainable wellness. Her sessions aim to cultivate graceful coordination, fluid strength, body control, and body awareness.

Gyrotonic® Method – For fluid strength, spinal mobility, and energy flow A unique movement system that combines elements of yoga, dance, swimming, and tai chi. Using spiraling, circular motions and specialized equipment, Gyrotonic® enhances spinal articulation, joint health, and postural alignment while promoting breath-coordinated energy expansion.

Animal Flow® – For functional mobility, coordination, and strength A ground-based bodyweight training system inspired by primal movement, breakdancing, and parkour. This dynamic and playful practice builds total-body strength, flexibility, and coordination through rhythmic, quadrupedal movement patterns.

Pilates – For core stability, alignment, and balanced conditioning A precise and controlled movement system that develops core strength, postural alignment, and muscular balance. Whether on the mat or equipment (Reformer, Wunda Chair), Pilates lays a strong foundation for injury prevention and whole-body integration.

Feldenkrais Method® – For movement intelligence and neuromuscular re-education A somatic movement education system that uses gentle, exploratory movements and directed attention to retrain the nervous system. Rather than emphasizing physical effort, it deepens body-mind connection and helps rediscover innate capacity for efficient movement.
