About James

I specialize in functional and dynamic movement training and sports conditioning. Since an early age I have played sports, danced, and began discovering how to utilize my body movements during activities. I played Hockey and Lacrosse at University in Maryland while studying Kinesiology and Nutrition. I have also studied American boxing, Traditional Chinese Martial Arts, Tai Qi, Baguazhang, and Xinyiquan with different Masters in the USA.

I am a certified plant-based nutritionist, focusing on vegan nutrition, diet plans, and supplementation. I have been on a plant-based diet for 13 years, and have thorough knowledge of food and how to guide people into alternative diets.

I focus on the benefits of a healthy holistic lifestyle, and reinforce positivity through self discipline and motivation. Every body is different and needs a unique strategy to approach fitness, so I designuu client programs using a combination of methods to suit their personal condition. I love being healthy and making fitness fun while helping others progress in an active/assertive lifestyle.
