About Tom

I have a passion for helping clients reach their goals through positive motivation techniques in conjunction with personalized training programs which focus on dynamic movements coupled with behavioral modification for maximum benefit. I have extensive knowledge in food, nutrition, and proper supplement usage as well.

For over 12 years I have been specializing in functional programming, body sculping, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, and movement screening assessments. 

A proper training program is more than just getting in the gym. It is about making healthy choices throughout your whole day. It often just takes some small changes which together can create measurable improvements if done consistently both physically and mentally. 

I am best known for my extensive knowledge about nutrition and creating client specific training programs which are fun, motivational, and functional.

Shortly after I started training clients moved to New York City in 2006. In NYC I spent five years training many clients privately in different surroundings. I not only took on the role as a trainer, but also and a life and health coach too.

I then returned to my hometown in Portland, Oregon where I worked at a preventive medical clinic for three years as a health coach and clinical care coordinator helping patients with chronic knee pain. At the clinic I assisted over 200 patients with modifying their diets and optimizing their exercise routines. It is here where gained a wealth of knowledge from the doctors and physicians I worked with. 

I have been living in Taiwan for three years now and I love it here! I look forward to working with you and helping you reach your fitness goals in and out of the gym!
